Achieve the real fitness goal
You have a solid fitness goal to power yourself towards success, but unable to complete it, because of your u-turn followed by eating junk food/cheat day which moves a step closer towards illness. It is great to have a target but put in your mind that half effort won’t help you to achieve your fitness goal whether you want to lose weight or improve your fitness level. Fitness can’t be achieved by overnight because it’s a long-term method and you have to do it every day. To get the actual result, you should follow some rules.
1) Become Realistic
You always have a dream for those attractive biceps and 6-pack abs, but the bitter truth is you will never get the desired result unless you become consistent. Most of us leading a hectic lifestyle and bad eating habits, thanks to our ignorant nature, so chasing the goal to become a fitness model are nothing but a daydream. So instead of trying too hard, start learning from every day and every season. Initially, you should focus to become stronger and leaner instead of abs and biceps.
2) Make a plan
Without planning, nothing can be achieved, and same applies to fitness. First, you should set a time phase of six months. Determine how long you give yourself. To prevent adrenal fatigue and maintain metabolism, you should alternate between fat loss and hypertrophy. Watch what works for you, and what doesn’t. Continue which works and discard which doesn’t.
3) Avoid extreme diet
The main problem is fat people, follow a strict diet from the beginning and stop everything they love. Commitment is the most important part for long-term fitness, and you can try a strict diet for a fruitful result, but at the same time your mind and body will give up. So you should not stop to eat what you love but be careful that how much you eat. For getting a fit body, you must establish a healthy relationship between your food and body.
4) Improve performance
Try to improve your performance no matter whatever you are doing. Initially, it is difficult, but it has more advantages because you can increase the reps, the weight you are lifting in training which helps you to see how your physic looks after losing fats. Always try to make a better performance than previous because it not only helps you to become faster and stronger but also give you a great physic.
5) Follow your routine
Most of the people believe that going gym like a pro-athlete will help them achieve the desired physic and that’s why they try too hard by going 6 days in a week. But the fact is it’s impossible to follow the lifestyle of a pro athlete because you are not a professional. If you have a busy schedule then going 3 days per week is fine if you work on intense sessions with a well-planned diet. The most important thing is the commitment, and if you are committed to your goal, then nothing can stop you to get the desired result.
